Tell Me It Will Be OK: The Practice

Parenting has never been more challenging especially for empathetic parents of sensitive kids. TELL ME IT WILL BE OK: The Practice is a weekly, guided practice that gives quiet, calm, reflective space for you to connect with your wisdom and intuition.

This is not a list of things you’re doing wrong.
This is not advice.
This is a place to remember what you already know.

Each session is approximately 30 minutes. I help us get grounded; share resources, inspiration, and information; and then using thoughtful prompts we journal together to move you forward in your understanding.

What it is

TELL ME IT WILL BE OK: The Practice is a 30ish minute guided journaling session delivered right into your favorite podcast app. You listen (and write) whenever and wherever you want. There is no expectation, no wrong or right way to do it, and you are never behind no matter when you join or when you do it. Every session stands alone so that you can dip in and dip out as your life allows. The Sample Practice is four sessions absolutely free so you can test it out and see what you think!

Why it is

Reflective practices like The Practice enhance our growth, self awareness, and insight. They are effective tools to address stress, burnout, and they promote our ability to create lasting change in our lives.

How much it is

The Sample Practice is absolutely free! And I hope you love it and decided to join the full Practice. If you do, the price is $25 this year because I want it to be accessible while it’s new. Price increases in 2027 to $45/year, but if you join in 2026, your rate is locked. You can download every session to your phone so that if you skip a week or have a favorite you want to come back to, it’s always there. You also get access to a private community where I show up regularly to offer more resources, answer questions, and celebrate epiphanies.

How parents benefit

You are your anxious child’s best resource! That means that taking care of yourself and your own growth is an excellent (and vital!) way to take care of your child! Protected time and thoughtful guidance allows you to uncover your innate intuition and wisdom. The Practice is designed to give you comfort, support, and a sense of community in a convenient and accessible way.

What folks say

Testimonials

Thanks to the families who have generously allowed me to share their kind words here!
(Note: These are not their real first names because I’m all about confidentiality!)

It is so helpful to get insight into parenting anxious kids while also combining a lot of the other self-soothing practices that I was doing on my own, so it was kind of like One-Stop shopping ha! It was the best investment in time because it checked all the boxes! Grounding techniques, Deep breathing, journaling and therapeutic insight into anxious parents and parenting anxious kids.

Daphne, parent to an anxious child

What meant the most to me was having dedicated time to stop and think about what’s going on for my family. Sometimes I feel like I am rushing around so much that I don’t have time to consider if I like what I’m doing. The Practice gave me space I didn’t even know I needed.

Marcus, parent to an anxious child

The Practice is a good way to uncover ways you may be unintentionally limiting both yourself and your child. It’s ultimately empowering to know you can do things differently and honor your individual respective journeys in the process.
